Plastic extrusion
profiles.
We produce technical profiles, co-extrusion profiles (profiles made of two materials), tubes and hoses on ten extrusion lines (screw diameter: 35 to 60 mm). We process a wide range of thermoplastics. This also includes engineering plastics and fibre-reinforced materials.
We are specialists in our field.
Among other things, we are also specialised in sealing and guiding profiles made from polyolefins, which are used in shading systems. We also produce profiles with a foam core and a glass fibre reinforced material cover that are specifically used for window construction.
Maximum efficiency thanks to automation.
With our automated machines, we are able to automatically label, punch or cut profiles in the extrusion line (bars up to six metres). Automatic winders are used for profiles that are rolled up. We have machines in which four strands are extruded from one nozzle instead of just one strand. In this way, four times as much is produced in the same time.
